Remember when you first realized what real friends were like?
I had shit friends a lot of my life, and out of the blue, I found real ones.
It was so weird, to have real friends.
“I’m broke, I can’t go out today.”
“That’s fine, I got you!”
“…what?”
Like, what? Friendship involved reciprocity? If you treated someone, they treated you too?
It was a damn surprise and sometimes still is.
